Pleasant Exchange Farms

Our Farm

Raising Katahdin Sheep Responsibly Since 2013

Offering Freeze Dried Treats Starting Spring 2023

The McKittrick family established the farm back in 2013 with the goal of raising and growing their own food in a more sustainable fashion.  The focus was to ensure the food produced was free of commonly used herbicides, pesticides, medications, hormones, antibiotics, etc.
Pleasant Exchange is now happy to be offering these wonderful, natural products to others who value knowing how their food is produced and what's in it!

Everyone loves a little treat now and then!  Pierce, our fifteen year old son, has a bit of a sweet tooth....so he started freeze drying candy.  Pleasant Exchange is now offering these delectable treats to the public.  Pierce continues to be the spearhead of the new and exciting candies & fruit being offered.  He started his freeze drying endeavors in an effort to support his robotics team that competes in VEX Robotics competitions.  Proceeds from the freeze drying portion of our business are put to good use for Pierce's college fund and advancement of his robotics pursuits.
